Our full training programme is made up of one 90-minute module and meets online once.

By the end of this 90-minute masterclass participants will:

- Understand what is meant by ‘culture’
- Know why it is important to have a positive workplace culture
- Have some practical apply-today and ‘must know’ tips and tools for developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Interactive. This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will get answered while you are watching.  

Qualification. To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 4 or 5 multi choice questions.
