Our full training programme is made up of two 90-minute modules and meets online twice. 
 
Module 2: Attachment and Intimacy (Day 1) 

• Understanding why a relationship is so hard for a child/young person who has experienced developmental trauma 
• The secret for safety, reward and regulation within relationships 
• Strategies to support being attuned, empathetic, and curious 

Module 3: Stress & Reward (Day 2) 

• Understanding why some young people “zone out” and others are always “ready to fight” 
• What is a window of tolerance? 
• Strengths-based strategies when consequences don’t work – what else can we do?
