Conditions of publication, disclaimer and other terms of use for the Education Gazette | Tukutuku Kōrero website.

Accepting items for publication

All content submitted for publication on this site, including notices and vacancies, is accepted for publication at the Ministry of Education’s discretion. Overseas vacancies will not be published on this site.

We reserve the right to moderate and edit any content submitted. We also reserve the right to remove any content we deem unacceptable.

The Ministry and the Education Gazette do not endorse, approve, or accept responsibility for products or services advertised, or accept any liability for the accuracy or content of information on this website belonging to third parties.

Images

People or organisations uploading photos to our website must make sure their images comply with our copyright policy. This includes images submitted for use with notices, vacancies or articles.

People submitting photos must also:

  • have written permission for use by anyone identifiable in photos, or a legal guardian’s permission for younger children (those too young to give or understand consent)
  • own the photos, or have the photographer’s written permission or a licence for use.
