This 2-day workshop will support you to build effective communication with your team, help you resolve conflict, and how to make better decisions for all involved.

Series Agenda

Day 1: Strengthen leadership skills tailored to roles as Heads of Departments, including

• effective communication
• decision-making
• conflict resolution skills.

Day 2: Explore…

• innovative approaches to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
• tools to support neurodiverse learners
• strategies to differentiate teaching for a range of learning styles and levels
• assessment for learning assessment and evaluation techniques, to implement fair and effective assessment practices to measure student progress accurately.
