Live Webinar - 12 June 2024 - 6.30-8pm
The "Pathways to Success: Supporting Children's Transitions from Early Learning to Primary School" professional development session is a collaborative learning opportunity for both early childhood teachers and primary school teachers. The session recognises that successful transitions require a coordinated effort between educators in both settings. Participants will explore the challenges that children and families may face during the transition period and learn effective strategies to support them.
The session will also provide opportunities for early childhood and primary school teachers to engage in dialogue and share their experiences and knowledge. By the end of the session, participants will have gained a better understanding of each other's roles and responsibilities and developed a shared vision for supporting children's transitions to primary school.
