This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers, learning support staff, teacher aids, OSCAR workers, youth workers, ECE and childcare staff who are responsible for food and nutrition.

Our full training programme is made up of two 60-minute modules and meets online once.
Module 1: Essentials of Food Safety
- What is food safety?
- What are your responsibilities (legal & ethical)?
- The 'keys' to safe food.
Module 2: Managing Food Safety
- Dealing with things when they go wrong
- Legal aspects of food safety
- Food control plans
- Verification and self-review
- Documentation and record keeping.
