Our full training programme is made up of one 90-minute module and meets online once. 

Topics to be covered include: 

• An overview of the basics of how our brains work. 
• How stress affects our brain and body’s functioning. 
• Strategies to help the brain deal with stress and pressure: mindfulness, self-regulation and relational regulation. 
• Circles of Influence – the importance of regaining a sense of control and practical ways to achieve this.

Interactive.  This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will get answered while you are watching.   

Qualification.  To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 8 or 9 multi choice questions.
