Christchurch (series of 3 workshops)

This is a series of 3 workshops that will introduce a range of leadership tools to support positional leaders in early childhood settings. In session 1 we will explore the role of the leader and investigate tools that support leadership in a variety of situations. Session 2 will look at how these tools can be implemented to support your specific context and situational challenges. The third session brings together all we have learned and evaluates the effectiveness of the tools and how these can be modified for future use.

A series of 3 workshops held on:

Wednesday 15th May 2024 6.30–8.30pm

Wednesday 17th July 2024 6.30–8.30pm

Wednesday 11 September 2024 6.30–8.30pm

Through this series of workshops participants will:

Further develop and hone their leadership skills
Establish a kete of leadership tools for various situations
Ensure a positive leadership culture in their setting
Be able to evaluate and modify leadership skills and practices
