Working collaboratively and building leadership capability

The Pūtea Whakawhanake Pouako | PPTA Learning and Development Centre,  with the funding support of the Ministry of Education, is proud to present its micro-credential: Working collaboratively and building leadership capability, free of charge to all secondary school kaiako.

This micro-credential is designed for middle and aspiring secondary school leaders, and it will support leadership capability-building within the NZ secondary school sector, enabling participants to gain the skills and attributes to practise effective leadership in an Aotearoa context, and provide a qualification that can open up other career pathway opportunities.

This course is delivered by Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. Upon completing of the course, participants will be awarded a micro-credential worth 5 points at Master of Education level from the university.

Full course enrolment costs are funded by the Ministry of Education via the Pūtea Whakawhanake Pouako | PPTA Learning and Development Centre, including costs for travel to attend the one-day face-to-face workshop.
