Professional development (PD) New Zealand (nationwide)

Make 2024 the year that you power up and throw a light on your leaders' Passion, Professionalism and Performance.

Ignite your commitment to building capability and capacity within your centre.

RESET – A learning culture for kaiako and tamariki

REPRIORITISE – Curriculum knowledge and expertise

REFOCUS – On systems and processes to drive innovation and improvement

Over this three-day programme leaders and aspiring leaders will explore, learn, network and come away recharged and energised to lead an effective centre that is focused on building a sense of collective leadership and professional community.

“Imagine so valuing the importance of developing people’s capabilities that you design a culture that itself immersively sweeps every member of the organisation into an ongoing developmental journey in the course of working every day.” – (Kegan & Lahey, 2016)

Leadership is about being an influencer who can support others to make a positive difference to children’s learning.

In order to do this effectively we need capable leaders who are able to create the right conditions to build and sustain thriving teams and who can tackle tough challenges with vision, resilience and adaptability.

Now is the time to prioritise how 2024 will be the year you invest in developing staff to strengthen teaching, leadership and learner support capability.
