In our vibrant, rural school we have a 0.8 teaching position for a NE–Y1 teacher for terms 3 & 4. The successful applicant would teach Mondays to Thursdays.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic teacher to join our school for the second half of the year. While experience with Structured Literacy would be desirable, it is not essential, however you will be required to teach using Structured Literacy practices, and you would be supported to do so.
With a significant number of new entrants to start over the second half of the year, the ability to develop key relationships with whānau is paramount. You will work alongside our other NE–Y1 teacher to support transitions into our school.
