Curriculum release teacher

About us:

We are currently seeking a curriculum release teacher to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will have strengths in the Arts, ideally music although not essential. 

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering specialist teaching across the school with a focus on the arts (preferably music).
• Planning and implementing creative and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to support and reinforce learning objectives.
• Monitoring student progress and providing timely feedback to promote growth and achievement.
• Participating in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities as required.

Requirements:

• Current teaching certification/license.
• Proven experience in delivering curriculum content, preferably with a focus on the arts (music experience is desirable but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships
