This workshop will focus on using Learning Stories as evidence for the Standards of the Teaching Profession for teacher certification purposes.
A practical workshop to support your neurodivergent ākonga/learners using a polyvgal neuroscience lens. This workshop is delivered by practitioners and will offer you sensory strategies, knowledge about gut health and supporting emotional regulation within the classroom.
The workshop is aimed at a wide range of people involved in the provision of outdoor education; from Board members to EOTC co-ordinators and instructional staff. This is because Fatality Prevention is best achieved by ‘defence in depth’ – it is a shared responsibility.
