As an enthusiastic and seasoned leader, you will:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and authentic understanding of Te Ao Māori.
  • Build strong community relationships with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Inspire and mentor exemplary teaching and evaluative practice.
  • Ensure compliance with robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and Te Whāriki outcomes.
  • Thrive in our dynamic environment, wearing multiple hats to meet diverse needs.
