Kids@Adventureland – Mt Roskill (formly known as Little Buddies - Richardson rd)  is a boutique, purpose-built centre that provides all-day care for up to 53 children, including 10 babies.

We are a well-known and established Centre in our community. We are a place where children & whānau can grow a deep appreciation of nature & its importance. 

We are NOW looking for a driven and passionate manager who understands financials, budgeting, and marketing and has a passion for building and promoting a positive team culture.

As our successful centre manager
- You must have a proven record in a leadership role.
- You will be working alongside a wonderful team to create a fun-loving, vibrant team where kindness, respect, and a team-oriented culture are practised.
- Have a passion for building meaningful relationships with children and their families
- A strong drive to provide learning opportunities that extend beyond the centre, out into the wider community
- Knowledgeable and thorough with compliance and regulation
- Have a Bachelor/ Diploma of Education Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Certification and/ or above

Our Quality Assurance Manager, Area Manager & Professional Service Manager will provide ongoing support and build your capability.
