Kia ora everyone! We are on the lookout for a special teacher to join our team at Dargaville Intermediate school- this position is to begin as soon as possible. 

Our tamariki need someone that is willing to grow alongside them. Someone who wants to help them achieve their goals and who believes in them. 

You must be willing and be able to: 

• Establish and maintain engaging relationships with ākonga, staff and whānau.   
• Develop your understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.   
• Develop a culturally relational and responsive classroom environment.   
• Work co-operatively and collaboratively with staff and whānau.   
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.   
• Have sound knowledge of the NZ Curriculum and use effective pedagogy to support its implementation.   
• Engage in a professional growth cycle to effectively enhance high student outcomes.   
• Support the school vision and values.
