We're seeking a dedicated early childhood teacher, to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. We are a Montessori Preschool and as such, this opportunity will suit a teacher who is either experienced in, or interested in learning about, the Montessori philosophy of teaching.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the well-being of each child.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Follow an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum to foster a love for learning.
  • Conduct developmental assessments and maintain detailed records of each child's progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute enriching activities and events.

Required qualifications and experience:

An ECE qualification and/or full teaching registration is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
