Just Kidz Kelston is a large purpose-built, well-resourced centre in Glen Eden, located inside the Kelston Mall. We have four rooms designed for different age groups with age-appropriate resources. Our philosophy, inspired by Reggio Emilia and RIE, is reflected in our environment, which is rich in natural resources and loose parts. We celebrate diversity with regular cultural events and themed celebrations which helps us form strong bonds with our community.

We are looking for experienced ECE teachers who have local experience of working alongside our Under-2 years old or Over-4 years old tamariki in a space that allows them to actively explore, investigate, and learn through play.

These are permanent full-time positions, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The requirements for the applicants are:

• NZ trained and qualified in NZ Early Childhood Education
• Current full or provisional practicing certificate and first aid certificate
• Having NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa

You need to have the following qualities:

• Initiative, creative, passionate, and respectful practice
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer, literacy, and time management skills
• Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and RIE philosophy
