Potential of 1 Management Unit for applicant.

We are seeking an experienced, proactive student counsellor to support our St Peter’s College students. The key tasks of the role are to provide a high standard of support for students, to promote emotional and mental wellbeing, self-confidence and resilience.

You would be responsible for counselling students Y7 through to Y13 and must be able to work collaboratively and proactively with our students, parents, staff and the wider school community, deans and senior leadership team. The role includes the provision of advocacy to promote student success, as well as preventative services to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all students. 

Applicants must be registered to NZAC with qualifications in counselling, with teaching experience.

Applicants should provide any other subjects that can be taught.
