One of our kaiako is heading home to be with her pēpi. This means there is a wonderful opportunity to join our waka!

He Waka Eke Noa is a community-based not-for-profit centre nestled beneath Parihaka on the edge of the Hatea awa.

We are fortunate enough to be in a mixed-age setting with pēpi right through to our rangatira who are ready for kura and like to think of ourselves as an extention of the home.

Our kaiako, whānau and tamariki enjoy a deep sense of whanaungatanga that only strengthens over time.

We are a small, passionate team who hold our values close to our hearts. We reflect a mana inspired philosophy where the essence of our tamariki is nurtured and uplifted throughout their learning journey.

With lots of amazing projects on the go we are looking to fill this space with a passionate, fun kaiako who is willing to contribute to our flourishing environment
