We are seeking Learning Coaches (teachers) to join our team and deliver the NZ Curriculum the way it was intended. We are constantly iterating our local curriculum delivery and seek innovative, adaptable, ‘can do’ thinkers who can collaborate within and across diverse curriculum teams.
Ideally you will need to visit and find out how things work to determine if our environment is right for you. If you want to teach beyond the walls of the ‘classroom’, connect learners to the world around them, inspire kids, push them, form genuine relationships and challenge your own and our learners’ mindsets - then get in touch with us.
State your passions and strengths. Experience or expertise in health & physical education, the arts - visual and/or drama and/or dance and/or music, materials technologies, commerce fields, or learning languages (state languages) may be an advantage but should not exclude any applicant with other subject backgrounds or expertise from making an application - let’s talk!
PCTs welcome. An opportunity to join an energetic team of staff and over 1300 learners across Y7–10.
Email your completed application form, CV, including 3 referees and a cover letter to work@ojc.school.nz
