Christ’s College mathematics department is seeking an innovative and committed mathematics teacher, with the ability to teach statistics to NCEA Level 3 (Scholarship is an advantage). This is a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will join a thriving and well resourced team, with an immediate start date.
Applicants should be willing to be involved in the co-curricular and mentor programmes of the college.
Christ’s College is an Anglican School for all, founded in 1850 by an Act of Parliament, its history inextricably linked with the European settlement of Christchurch and the Canterbury region. We are one of the leading independent boys' schools in New Zealand, with strong academic, sports, service and cultural programmes and a wide range of co-curricular activities. We are a school where boys thrive. We are dedicated to achieving our mission: Each boy at his best.
We offer excellent working conditions in an attractive environment. Remuneration is above state levels (as is the KiwiSaver employer contribution), reflecting the nature of working in an independent school.
