We are seeking a skilled practitioner in teaching building and carpentry in our very successful technology department. Our workshop facilities are fully equipped with tools and materials, including CNC and CAD.
You will be an enthusiastic, innovative teacher with a passion for woodwork. Additional skills and expertise in teaching design and visual communication (DVC) preferred but not essential. An ability to teach junior and senior classes especially DVC to Level 3 is desirable. Familiarity with NCEA required.
You must have an affinity for teaching young men. A commitment to the school's co-curricular programme is an expectation.
Beginning teachers will be considered.
