We are looking for an extraordinary person to lead our team of highly skilled teachers at Busy Bees Greytown!

About you:

As the centre manager of Busy Bees Greytown, you will have access to an excellent support network within the group, along with a regional manager who is committed to coaching and developing your success. We value Professional Development for all our teachers and are committed to upskilling and growing your professional development.  

Role requirements:

  • An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop, lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services
  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
  • Demonstrated leadership experience you will love to coach, mentor and inspire!
  • Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
  • Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
  • A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
  • Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic!
