Deputy principal

We are seeking a proven and innovative educational leader to work with an experienced, dedicated and collegial senior leadership team to create successful student outcomes. We are looking for an exceptional leader, communicator and problem solver to work in our successful and quickly growing school. The successful applicant will be an experienced educator with strong curriculum knowledge, excellent relational skills, and passionate about helping all learners reach their potential. The successful candidate will need to establish positive relationships with students and staff, and will need to be committed to cultural relationships for responsive pedagogy, restorative practice and the college’s inclusive vision and values. This is a great opportunity to join our culturally rich coeducational college. The capability to lead a team effectively and contribute positively toward the senior leadership team, as well as experience leading curriculum and pastoral teams, is essential.
