We are on the lookout for a passionate heart-centred head teacher for our nursery room!

About the role:

As a head teacher you will be supporting a wonderful team of passionate teachers, fostering a respectful and nurturing environment to enhance quality practice. This is a full-time position 40 hours and on a rotating roster between 7am-5:30pm. You will also be expected to attend monthly staff meetings and monthly head teacher meetings.

To apply for this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) or Graduate Diploma in ECE
• Provisional or full teachers registration
• Confident with programme planning
• Collaborative and experienced leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills; writing, speaking and listening
• Self-management skills; planning, organising, time management
• A love for people, big and small, and calm, loving, respectful
• Team player who is flexible, reliable and collaborative
• Sound knowledge of child development, especially 0-2 year old's
• Passionate about creating inspiring and beautiful environments; igniting wonder, curiosity and stimulating learning experiences
