ECE qualified team leader

We are searching for an exceptional kaiako to step into a team leader role at Kiwi Supertots Learning Centre, Papakura.

Collaborating closely with the operations manager, you will be provided with invaluable support, mentorship and coaching, on dept understanding of the licensing criteria, community building, team building and all other ECE related compliance.

This position requires the ability to facilitate and foster positive whānau relationships, assist in compliance management. Also, sustaining and growing our enrolments will be an integral part of this role.
