Waitakere RTLB position

Waitakere RTLB Cluster 5 has a vacancy for a fixed-term RTLB position. This position is a relieving position starting in term 2, for the rest of the school year 2024.  

This is your opportunity to make a real difference for children and young people who have additional learning support needs. 

We are looking for teachers with excellent classroom practice, understand how children learn, as well as able to lead and work together with others to effect good outcomes for children. 

Being sensible, passionate for the work and having a sense of fun would certainly help. Experience and a proven ability to work with Māori and Pacific communities will be an advantage. So too if you have already completed the RTLB training.

NZ driver's license and use of own car required.
