Y5 and 6 teacher

We are seeking a highly effective and passionate Y5 & 6 teacher to join us in term 3.  

The right teacher will be able to teach in a digital Chromebook environment, understand Culturally Responsive practice for a multicultural setting, place students at the centre of all they do.  We are expecting roll growth and we have a brand new classroom block being built, which the Year 5 & 6 team will move into early next year. This position will suit someone who is excited about the opportunity to work with others and create wonderful collaborative learning opportunities for our tamariki. Owairaka is a PB4L and Enviro School, offering a rich and varied curriculum for all our learners.  Recent successful NZ teaching experience preferred.
