The role:

From the moment they walk through the stained-glass front door, parents and children know they’ve arrived somewhere special when visiting us. Bear Park Epsom, affectionately known by teachers and families as ‘Patey Street’, is housed in a grand homestead standing proud on a lovely hill, surrounded by more than 2000 square metres of land. Our environment is welcoming, spacious and enchanted; a haven for children and teachers alike.

We are looking for an experienced ECE teacher to join our preschool team as our new head teacher. 

Working as part of a stable team, you will establish a partnership with families and foster respectful, open communication. We are proud to offer 3 hours dedicated group planning time per week to allow our team the time to create engaging and individualised learning experiences.

You will have a passion for the Reggio Emilia philosophy and supporting engaging provocations with our natural resources. You must be an experienced leader with the motivation to mentor teachers in their own teaching journeys.
