The college is seeking to appoint a head of department – science, to commence 29 May. We are seeking an experienced, qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our staff as head of department – science. The ideal candidate will be a NZ registered teacher, familiar with the NZ Curriculum, the National Qualifications Framework and NCEA. An ability to teach physics and chemistry at a senior level is preferable.

A strong commitment to supporting and contributing to the Māori and Catholic special character of our college and advancing the holistic development of young Māori women will be a condition of appointment.  

The successful applicant will be required to uphold the principles of our Code of Ethics.
