We are looking for an experienced NZ registered teacher who has worked in our education system to open our new entrant roll growth class in term 3. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum, the numeracy teaching model and current structured literacy teaching practice.
Te reo Māori, Tikanga Māori and IT are embedded across all learning areas at Paremata School. Support can be provided for development as required. To fit in with the existing junior school team, you will need to show a willingness to learn, the ability to work collaboratively, and have excellent classroom management skills. You will also understand the importance of timeliness and open communication.
