Are you a dedicated and qualified early childhood education teacher with a passion for fostering the growth and development of tamariki? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team at Active Discoverers Educare in Ngaruawahia.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate kaiakos, this position is permanent part-time (Monday to Friday), hours will be 9am-3pm or negotiable.

BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification.

A comprehensive understanding of the NZ ECE curriculum, Te Whāriki, biculturalism, cultural identity, and effective strategies for implementation in the learning environment.

Proficiency in ECE legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.

Initiative, a genuine desire, and passion for maintaining high-quality practice standards, along with a commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki.

Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of tamariki.
