We have an opportunity for a team leader to join our amazing team of teachers at Whaingaroa Childcare in Raglan. As a team leader, you will be inspiring both our tamariki and kaiako, bringing your expertise, fun, energy, and passion.

We are a centre licensed for 40 children, located on the beautiful west coast in Raglan. 

As a team leader, you will role model excellent leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating others to do the same.

In summary, as a team leader you will have:

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills 
• A passion for building meaningful relationships with tamariki, whānau and kaiako
• Have a strong interest in supporting the team by providing learning opportunities that extend beyond the centre and out into the wider community.
