We are a well-known and established centre in our community known for our daily 2-3 hour excursions/nature walks that instil in our children a deeper connection to our natural environment. We are a place where children and whānau can grow a deep appreciation of nature and its importance.

As our successful centre manager:

• You must have a proven record in a leadership role
• You will be working alongside a wonderful team to create a fun-loving, vibrant team where kindness, respect, and a team-oriented culture are practised
• You should not only be passionate about supporting staff but also be great at recognising strengths and expertise and be able to work through shared leadership
• Have a passion for building meaningful relationships with children and their families
• A strong drive to provide learning opportunities that extend beyond the centre, out into the wider community
• Envision and deliver a 'big picture' direction while making sure the day-to-day details are attended to
• Knowledgeable and thorough with compliance and regulation
• Have a Bachelor/Diploma of Education Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current certification and/or above.
