Our school seeks to appoint a passionate, experienced, solutions-focused leader to join our exceptional team. We require a deputy principal with excellent curriculum knowledge, strong communication skills and proven leadership experience to begin in term 3. We seek someone who understands educational neuroscience and fosters genuine relationships with colleagues, ākonga and whānau. The successful applicant will build strong relationships with local colleagues and Iwi as part of our Kāhui Ako. A commitment to Te Ao and te reo Māori is a non-negotiable quality in the successful applicant. Experience in leading learning through play, HERO, project-based learning or co-teaching approaches would be an advantage. School visits are encouraged.
This is a unique opportunity to join a learning community where relationships and learners are central to all decision-making. If you are a leader with integrity, courage and initiative, we look forward to hearing from you.
