Smart Water offers a free school education programme with In-school visits, lessons and resources designed to inspire future generations to understand and appreciate our precious water resources.

Topics we look at include:

  • Why fresh water is precious?
  • How water gets to us from source to tap?
  • How much water do we all use and how can we use water more mindfully?
  • We finish up with a shower timer gift and pledge to take shorter showers.

Join us in educating and inspiring the youth to value and conserve our vital water resources.

Our lessons and resources support the NZ Curriculum, integrating Maths, Science, English and Social Studies throughout.

Our programme is available to schools within Hamilton, Waipa and Waitomo.
