This is a 2 part workshop held one month apart. First part Strategic Planning and second Part Annual planning

What can I expect?

This course focuses on the tools and techniques that enable you to transform the way you think about strategy and do it in your organisation. You will learn to analyse the current situation, determine relative strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, and align the plan to the needs of your families, MOE and ERO. You will be able to write the storyboard of your organisation’s evolution as it strives to achieve its vision and goals. You will see the difference between tactics, operational decisions and strategic imperatives and know what to do to deliver increased impact to your children and families.

With over 20 years' experience in leadership, and as a certified coach, Nikki works with both existing and aspiring leaders to reach both their and their team’s goals. She has experience in ECE, primary and the secondary sectors and can also support ECE businesses in the area of governance, regulations and ERO evaluation preparation and response.
