In this workshop we will look at different strategies to make recruitment a meaningful and positive process, especially during the current struggle of teacher shortages. Sharing real experiences and lessons learnt, together we will wrap our heads around each step of what makes an effective recruitment process.

  • Learning about each step of the recruitment process, from reading CV’s, to interviews and reference checks.
  • Reflecting upon the needs for your centre.
  • Thinking about the next steps of employing and inducting a new team member.

Early childhood team leaders, centre managers and owners.

Who is the workshop facilitator?

Elin has over 15 years experience in the Early Childhood Education sector and has worked across a range of educational settings.  She has a passion for supporting leaders and Kaiako on their learning journeys. Elin has a broad range of experience in developing curriculum, policies and procedures with the ability to implement these collaboratively. Bringing kaiako together and supporting practice growth is what brings her the most joy.
