About the role:  

As a high-impact leader, reporting to an area manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday  

Role requirements:  

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification  
  • Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum  
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki and hold compliance in a high regard  
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices .
