Learning Curves Montessori Lincoln in Selwyn is looking for a full-time certified teacher to join their team! The centre is licenced for 100 children, but the position is for the 0-2 year olds room.

• Is genuinely passionate about their role and endeavours to make a difference in children’s lives
• A team player who is collaborative, flexible and involved in decision making
• Turns goals into actions and has a commitment to their profession growth
• Has experience in effective programme planning, assessment and evaluations
• Holds a Montessori Diploma or has a sound understanding of the philosophy
• Understands and weaves our bicultural document, Te Whariki, through their relationships, planning and curriculum
• Is familiar with and advocates for the aspects within the RIE philosophy
• Advocates for freedom of movement and the freedom for children to achieve
• Constantly strives for improvement and excellence as a centre and learning environment
• Teaches with their heart and soul
