About Learning Bee:
Our purpose-built centre is designed to nurture and inspire. Licensed for 86 children, we have four vibrant classrooms tailored to various age groups.

We are looking for a passionate, fun, caring and knowledgeable kaiako to join our amazing team, specifically within our 18 months to 2-year-olds room. This room, licensed for 15 tamariki thrives under a flourishing Montessori curriculum and is supported by a dedicated team of three Kaiako.

This is a permanent, full-time teaching position. We are offering you flexibility with hours ranging from 35-40 hours per week over 5 days.

What we are looking for:

- A kind and compassionate experienced teacher who is ready to build some beautiful relationships with all our children, other teachers, and our Learning Bee whānau

- Someone who demonstrates kindness and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

- A team player who uses their initiative and problem-solving skills

- Teachers who have a good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending children's learning

- Teachers who demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki and compliance. Knowledge around Montessori is not necessary although would be a fantastic help! Management will support you in learning and understanding the Montessori curriculum if you are a successful candidate.
