We now have an exciting opportunity that has opened up within our beautiful and nurturing Nursery.
We are a family owned; boutique centre located in Prebbleton within the Selwyn area. Our centre is purpose built and we hold strong values in creating a strong, supportive environment for our team.
We are looking for an amazing kaiako who has a genuine passion and love for children and is able to have fun, while contributing towards a supportive and dynamic team culture.
Our nursery has a license for 12 tamariki, so would suit someone that likes to be in a smaller nursery setting and will contribute to our calm and unhurried environment, while planning and executing appropriate learning experiences for this age group. You will enjoy building close relationships with our tamariki and whānau/parents and be able to communicate well. You will be organised, with a sound knowledge of curriculum, planning, learning and assessment competencies.
If you are passionate about helping us to bring our vision for our children alive to nurture, grow and inspire tamariki towards a life-long love of learning and would like to join us on our journey of continuous improvement we would love to hear from you.
You must be a fully registered ECE teacher or working towards your certification and hold a first aid certificate. More than anything you must be passionate about nurturing and willing to become invested in the development of our tamariki in a happy, healthy environment. This role is approximately 30-32 hours per week.
