Curriculum Lead

Are you a leader who is a current registered teacher with a minimum of 8 years+ experience? 

Do you have a strong understanding of knowledge rich curriculum and the science of reading?

We are looking for an exceptional ECE qualified teacher to oversee the delivery of a knowledge rich curriculum to our 3–6-year-olds so that every child starts school a confident reader and numerically fluent.

A team player who will work closely with our Headteacher, owner and other members of our leadership team to deliver exceptional quality, compliant services in line with Aspire’s values and Ethos.

Coach and mentor qualified, specialist (English, Maths and PE/Music) teachers and lead the school preparation class.

Manage rosters, reliever budgets and support our Headteacher with New Zealand Education Council, ERO, and MOE requirements. 

Previous experience as a centre manager or assistant manager would be beneficial. 

Experience teaching overseas and familiarity with Cambridge Early Years/Singapore Maths is also bonus.

Salary commensurate with experience between $90,000 – $110,000 per year OTE
