Our idyllic Steiner Kindergarten in the Bay of Islands is seeking an experienced, passionate, creative and inspiring ECE teacher to join our team from term 3 (22nd of July 2024)
We are a thriving rural Kindergarten with a license for 30 tamariki aged 2-6 years old and we operate from 8.30am–3pm, Monday to Friday.
We are governed by the Bay of Islands Waldorf Education Trust along with our Playgroup and Steiner Junior Classroom.
Our ideal candidate will -
Be Steiner trained or bring experience working in a Waldorf ECE setting
Hold an ECE teaching qualification and full teacher registration
Be committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi

*The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $57,358 to $74,152 depending on applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
