AP Secondary (Y9-13)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior leader to join our culturally diverse school community as the Associate Principal for Secondary, Years 9-13.

Our school community view our students as creative learners learning to tell God’s story through STEAM (the latter being our current school vision).

The successful applicant must be able to:

• Build effective relationships with ākonga, whānau and staff, and model a growth mindset.

• Grow or extend your leadership capability. Candidates should be creative, innovative thinkers who can inspire others. Experience and/or a passion for science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics (STEAM) will be advantageous.
• Display strong skills in assessment analysis, pedagogy, and curriculum development.
• Enjoy a sense of humour and enjoy working in our whānau-orientated, multicultural kura.

The position requires a teaching component of up to 0.6 FTTE.
