Junior science teacher

Tauranga Boys’ College is an all-boys school serving the growing city of Tauranga.  We provide learning inside and outside the classroom that enriches boys and prepares them for their world.  Our staff provide high-quality education with a focus on strong and positive relationships.

We seek a skilled educator to join our Science Department to teach junior science from Y9–Y11.

The applicant should have experience teaching the New Zealand Curriculum and an understanding of developing Key Competencies.  The applicant should be motivated to incorporate mātauranga Māori into the junior science curriculum and be confident to work with a large team of educators. 

This is a fixed-term, full-time position for terms 3 & 4, 2024 and all applicants must be registered to teach in New Zealand.
