Junior school classroom teachers (several positions)

We are inviting applications from positive, dynamic, and motivated classroom teachers to join our school whānau. Helensville School is a U6 full primary school (Y0–8) with an approximate roll of 500 students by the middle of the year. We have several fixed-term positions becoming available in the junior school in term 3:

• Mid-year roll growth intake starting term 3 till the end of the year
• Maternity leave for the period starting term 3 week 6 to the end of term 1, 2025.

Helensville School sits on land gifted by Ngāti Whātua in 1877, so maintaining our historical ties with mana whenua and local iwi is integral to all we do. With this in mind, being able to establish and nurture strong relationships throughout our entire school community is essential.

Successful applicants will need to have strong curriculum knowledge, and be passionate about improving educational outcomes for all ākonga.
