We provide an incredibly nurturing and dynamic learning environment for our 330+ neurodiverse learners, aged 5–21 years, across the base school and satellite units.

Our 270+ team of educators, therapists, specialists and teacher aides work together in a multi-disciplinary approach to meet the individual needs of every learner, with personalised learning programmes.
The position is as a classroom teacher for students with high or very high and complex needs. These may be medical, emotional, behavioural and the students will have some diagnosed disability. A job description is available on request.

- Autism and/or related with very high needs - Experience or interest in physical/medical needs including oral feeding - Sensory programmes - Complex/challenging behaviours - Vocational/functional programmes - PMLD - Work with less regulated students - Delivery of rich learning opportunities - Empowerment of students to be active and independent
