4-year old Kaiako - Transition to Kura

We are a farm based ECE service in Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast, Wellington. 

We offer a purpose built centre which has four aged focused learning environments. We have large open outdoor spaces for tamariki to explore.

We are committed to Full Pay Parity for Kaiako, while still offering extra Kaiako daily above ratio to ensure quality education and care is provided. We offer generous budgets for resources and materials to support our Kaiako in extending tamariki learning outcomes. We have a great PGC cycle and mentor and guidance programme.
